The Friends Who Care (FWC) staff works in cooperation with your doctor to provide independence and knowledge regarding self care.  Professionals work with patients and families to develop a plan of care.  

 

Skilled nursing and therapy services provide full care to individuals and families.  
 

This combination of skilled professional services, provided in the home, assists the patient in achieving maximum health potential within the limits of disability.
